Scam

<p>I ordered a Neotex Combo from Style Diva Boutique. They send me there banking details and said once the payment for the Combo and delivery is received, they will send me the tracking number within 2 days to track my order.  I have paid them R278.00 on 08.11.2016, they did sent me the tracking number, but with no details as to who the courier company is.  The tracking number is:  NA ********** 265. Since then I have email them about my order.  They just don't respond. </p> <p>2 Weeks ago there was an update on Facebook that there account was deactivated by mistake and they are working through all the orders.  Yesterday there was a post on Facebook from them, saying they have closed down.</p> <p>There are so many people, including myself, who works hard for our money, for people like Style Diva Boutique to just take hard earned money and disappear.  What type of person does things like this?</p> <p>How can I go about in getting my money back?  Is Neotex a registrered trademark and if so, who can we contact to warn them about the companies that promotes or market there products, because this is giving them also a bad name, and it might not even be there fault or responsibility.  They may also not even now about the scam!!!!!</p>
