UNPROFESSIONAL AND ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER CARE S****S

<p> </p> <p>On the 26 October 2016 i made a deposit of  R280 into Style Diva Boutique account for the NEOTEX COMBO.They advertised on facebook about this special.So i emailed them telling them i want to purchase this special ,they came back to me with their banking details.I emailed them the proof of payment the same day.I sent them email after email and todate have not received my order,they gave me the excuse saying that they had problems with their email the cables were stollen and that a manager will call me,todate no one has called and i still do not have my order.I called the contact number they have on their site but the phone just goes to voice mail and you cant even leave a message because the mail box is full.Now i want my order or my money back from theses scam artists,they are scaming alot of people and i want everyone to know not to buy anything from these scam artists,please help,thanks</p>
