Rude attitude and bad service regarding enquiry

I visited Style studio in Tygervalley centre today, the 20th of January at around 4pm to get a quote to dye my hair. I got told by the sales assistant behind the desk that my hair is damaged, it's dry, and curly and I will never be able to go lighter because my hair has red in it. It was utterly rude because I got spoken to in such an attitude and all I asked for was quote. I will never go back there because I was treated like I can't afford anything and no suggestion was given as to what would be the best route to go. I can't believe they have people working there that doesn't know customer service!
