Paving Contractor

Handre gave me a quote to install 1600m² Paving at a high School and requested a 60% Deposit which I Paid in November last year. He promised to be finished by December 20th, 2020, This never happened as he did not start He only drop of one guy to clean grass and stone middle January. After a lot of calls and complaints he said he will be finished by January 23rd, The February 5th and so it went on. At a stage after ± 80m ² he realize he forgot to add salt and needed to lift the paving and start over again. Now more than 3 months later he done 950m² with most of the paving uneven and broken. All of his equipment is in a very poor condition and falling a part and he wants more money. I stopped him now as he is an embarrassment and don not belong in the industry. I have now after more than a 100days since his deposit was paid appoint another contractor at a much higher price to complete the installation. The New contractor seems much more professional started this week and is doing well. Sublime still need to remove their rubble / broken Bricks and Broken tools from Site
