Disappointed
Pathetic. Was waiting for my order for more than 30 minutes and when I got my sandwich it was with the ingredients that I specifically told not to put in (I have a few allergies). Very, very disappointed.

Pathetic
If I could give a 0 star review I would. For thr last months every time we try and order subs, they never have the honey mustard sauce, or any variety of bread. We went there (N1 City branch) during the week again and almost all their buckets were empty. How on earth can they hope to keep business this way???!

Pathetic
If I could give a 0 star review I would. For thr last months every time we try and order subs, they never have the honey mustard sauce, or any variety of bread. We went there (N1 City branch) during the week again and almost all their buckets were empty. How on earth can they hope to keep business this way???!

Subway Canal walk, slow seevice
Subway Canal walk shopping centre in Cape Town has the worst service... There doesn't seem to be a proper system... The people making the sandwiches keeps on leaving the counter to see to other people... I stood in the queue for about 30 mins to get a sandwich and by the time I got it the melted cheese was cold.. What a waste of time.... I must say that the ingredients of the sandwich was good though

Food poisoning
The service at canal walk subway is terrible. Plus my wife ordered a foot long crumb chicken and she got horribly sick. She fainted today and needed to be sent home to rest. I am very unhappy with the service and quality of food was shocking. She's still throwing up and can't stand up due to illnesse. 1 star very upset

Amazing service.
Nahoon Subway is East London. The service was absolutely outstanding. The gent that helped me was beyond friendly and so helpful. Thank you so much. It makes such a difference.

Subway Canal Walk, goodbye!
So after 10 years of not ordering anything from a Subway fast food outlet, I made the mistake of daring to try again. Subway at Canal Walk, Cape Town you will never see me again. The first order I try to place is their front runner on their billboard, a Chipotle Cheese steak footlong roll. Upon ordering it, the cashier looked vaguely into the distance, then at the tub's of toppings, then informs me that their toaster is broken and she cannot make that Sub... no remedy, no recourse....and they are surrounded by about 200 retail stores which probably sell all sorts of toasters... what a load of bull... and bye!

Disgusted at the service in canalwalk century city, stood for ages waiting to order, finally get to order my Italian BMT that I love ..chose my roll only for the server to leave it on the counter and walk to the back of the store to make matters worse another server is making 2 sandwiches for herself and another server (I'm thinking this is their lunch) while I'm waiting to be served ..she then hits her colleague and points at me and finally I'm served , I get that the line was long however customer service was non existent. Pathetic service and staff members just don't care. It's a shame as this is the only food I buy when visiting canalwalk will not be disrespected like this again ..you have lost a customer this time.
