Their customer service is very bad

Their customer service is very bad. I organize trips for a certain school I can't mention, they called I thought they wanted to confirm if we still coming on the same dates we booked for, unfortunately I answered no and asked them to please change them for us to another date and month, how I was insulted that we are not serious about coming and we not so organized, but at the same time they wanted to pay for their nonsense service, how will I bring our learners to such rude people.. Very disappointed 👎🏾
