Kiewiets Place 14 Sue-Ann Properties

I am renting the property first by rental agreement with Sue_Ann Properties now from owner Mr Kgaogeloza 0820538082. The owner informed me his agreement with Sue-Ann property has been terminated and i must pay rent direct to him which i did for August 2015 and tel me to get my deposit back from the agent and pay it over to him. My rental agreement with the agent terminated at the end of March 2015.The agent pay back a small part of the deposit because she has some feud with the owner regarding a clause in the terminated contract between them.Seeing that my deposit has nothing to do with their feud and that the relevant act is very specific in the way a deposit must be managed. I humbly request you to act on my behalf in getting back my deposit.
