Poor customer service

My name is Freedom, my dad Dr MJ Mulaudzi took his bakkie for an auto repair on the 5th May 2026, as they had requested that they will need to first aquire body parts before they can begin the process. So body parts were accumulated prior the date mentioned above. By doing so they had mentioned that once all parts have been delivered they will start with the panel beating. So now it's been over 2weeks since the car has been delivered to summit. My dad make random checks to see progress on the vehicle since he is using the car but seems like he is being told one excuse after another, the person doing the panel beating is Didi, sometimes Didi is not at work or there is an excuse of something else. He has tried asking them to get the car done but seems like some cars are proritised more than others. Maybe if that's the case they should let us know what is required for the car to be done with plane beating. This morning 26 May 2026 he went into check on the car and found out it's been parked and there is nothing done to it yet. But the communication via sms says the car is being attended to, but it has been parked and seems like there is no progress. The car registrations number is FRJ371L Chev Utility. One of the things that has changed is that it's taking forever to be attended to and it's creating a big bad impression on their customer service.
