I am absolutely shocked and disappointed by the conduct of Summit Professional Solutions and their representative, Layyah.
The debt they claim against me comes from a private loan with my ex-girlfriend, who is not a registered credit provider with the National Credit Regulator. Despite this, Summit Professional Solutions has treated it as if it were a formal credit agreement, going so far as to place an adverse/default listing against my name.
Since July 2025, I have been requesting a simple statement of account so I can see what they claim I owe and what payments were recorded. To this day, I have not received a single statement. Instead, they have cut off all communication with me completely.
Worse still, I was never served with a Section 129 notice, which by law must be sent before a default can be listed. This means the listing is not only unfair, it is procedurally ********.
Their actions have caused me serious stress, financial damage, and reputational harm. I have now escalated the matter to the National Credit Regulator and the credit bureaus, because no consumer should be treated this way.
I urge anyone considering dealing with Summit Professional Solutions to think twice. Their disregard for the law and for basic fairness is deeply concerning.
