The service was of a very poor standard. We went for the plated Lunch option (which was already prepaid and booked) only ordering a Bottle of wine which constituted our bill. Our waiter then processed to very abruptly ask for a larger tip due to the Lunch and the bottle of wine being two seperate bills. This was after I already added in a decent top to our bill. People in the Customer Service industry should remember that they are there to serve the customer and not demand more money. If you are not satisfied with you salary, find another job. Very disappointed. Ruined our lunch experience.
