Product doesn't do what the glossy says

bought a 2 plate induction cooker. On the lowest setting, one is supposed to be able to keep something warm. However the power is way too high on the lowest setting, a sauce will keep boiling. I've contacted the seller and the sunbeam inporters (nuworld). Nothing is being done about it !!!

Excellent Product Smoothie Blender

Dear Sunbeam, Your smoothie blender is one of the best I have tried and the price is excellent. Great value for money. I especially like the glass jar and the easy way that the blender blade detach for cleaning.

Sunbeam - conversation oven

Last month I was gifted the sunbeam conversation oven for an early birthday gift from a darling friend. Let me just say that it is my absolute new favourite in my kitchen. I am so happy to know that I don't need to preheat my huge oven just to bake or roast small items..it is so easy to use, my kids can throw in a frozen pie or pizza with out bothering me to set the oven for them . It also does not take a long time to pre heat . Most of all my favorite I can thaw my meat in if ever I forget to take out my meat.

Good Investment

The whole family enjoy using our Sunbeam cooker. Unlike a horizontal rotisserie ovens, you do not need to spend hours balancing the meat. It rotates perfectly every time even if the bone is awkwardly placed. The cooker itself is a lot larger than it looks on the picture and can easily hold a large roast. The handle slips off the door, allowing you to open it properly to clean it. The only down side is that it doesn't look like you can turn down the timer once it is set. Once you've wound it up, you have to leave it to run out on it's own. We've gotten used to that. There are two heat settings, but the low heat seems to work best. Over all, an excellent investment and a welcome addition to the kitchen. Definitely worth the money.

Sunbeam pop-up toaster only stays up

My Sunbeam pop-up toaster stopped holding down after about 2 weeks of having bought it. Yes, i realise it's just a R200 toaster so i could buy a new one but i get so mad when the quality of products is so useless. And i simply can;t find a Sunbeam contact number. So to take this little toaster for repairs would probably cost me more in time, effort and petrol than just going to PnP and buying a new one - just not a Sunbeam (!)

Bad quality & incomplete products

Their products are not only sold incomplete and very bad quality, but when you email them in total frustration after having bought a 2nd faulty item they respond in a day to tell you not to use profanities - this has been the only response so far. When it comes to help solving or assisting with the actual problem, I would have better customer support consulting a piece of toast. I would not recommend buying any of their products or supporting them in any way shape or form. Rather pay that R100 or R200 more for better service and products from other companies.
