Unfair and terrible treatment from Sunbird Oasis owners

I will start with the incredible positives: *very friendly staff, the kitchen staff are amazing *comfortable, clean and air conditioned rooms Negatives *no back up power during loadshedding *terrible breakfast, basics like tea and coffee, beans, sausages and even eggs, you had to request on top of their mini cold buffet * the pestering to order from starter to desert was terrible (dinner). Following day we resorted to own braai with own meat, which they declined and said they would cater (no problem) but at an insane cost of R250 per head! We politely turned down and had decent platters from the nearby Spur *last but not least, a few days after checking out we were alleged of theft of their well used (murky brown) towels all of us (we were a group of 8 adults).., including theft of towels from a room which we never used. Other white residents are not part of the allegations..., I can only imagine of racism at its best! If you are black I advise you to stay away from these guys
