Horrible service and communication BEWARE!!!
I made a payment of R12,160 (PAID and cleared) on Monday, 27 Jan 2025, with the promise of delivery by 10 o’clock Wednesday morning, 29 Jan.
Firstly, they never communicated with me to say there was a delay on their side. My whole building team was waiting for materials on site, and a whole day was wasted. I tried to get a hold of Sunders the whole day to find out when the delivery would be made, but no communication from their side. (I needed to know if I had to take my building team to the site or not.)
Thursday morning at 11 o’clock, I got a voice note saying that they weren’t sure when they would deliver my material. So, at that point, I requested a refund. They confirmed and said they would do the refund for me ASAP that day. Later that afternoon, I got a screenshot of a banking message stating that the payment was made.
I gave a few days for the money to clear, but NOTHING. I’ve been trying since Wednesday, 5 Feb 2025, to get a proof of payment (POP) from their bank, pleading and asking every day about five times. They are full of stories and have no communication from their side.
The reached out to me on Friday 7 Feb 2025 asking and pleading with me to take down my reviews, he promised to pay and clear the money owed on Monday 10 Feb 2025 (Today), long story short he sent me a typed out POP with a screen shot as proof of payment. When asked if he can send the POP from the bank he started with his stories again.
When giving him a deadline for the POP to be sent he tells me if i go to the media he will go to his lawyer
Im going to open a case of theft against him and his company at the SAPS

I take it that I was ****med and just need to warn you before you consider placing an order with them. Be very careful
