From the time I bought Solar devices from Sunpower Company iam a happy person. However I and my family we are not facing the power challenges hence I encourage my friends to visit World of Sunpower when they want to buy Solar devices. The Sales team is very cooperative and they assist accordingly.

Avoid this company at all costs! We bought from them and asked for a VAT Invoice. They refused to give it to us, they said they pay Sars. We have also heard rumors that they sell ****** products. Please be cautious!

Good day to all This is the excuse that SUNPOWER gave us when one of their faulty panels burned. They did not even do the trouble of sending a tech out or to collect panel to see what went wrong, The only thing they could think of was to have an excuse why they cant replace the solar panel that burned. They say that it was a install fault and that the cables are tensioned and that is not true, the cables are all inside cable management condute hanging loos and yet this is what they have to say... We hereby come back to you regarding your claim for case 01855161, for a panel with a burnt j-box. We regret to inform you that we can not accept your claim under warranty, as the installation unfortunately was not performed in accordance with our Safety and Installation Instructions. The cabling, as we can see in the pictures, are too tight and pulling on the junction box, which can result in creating an opening for moist and liquid to enter inside, which can cause the eventual burning. We are strongly advising you to have a technician come on site to adjust the cabling done on your installation as this issue can rise with different panels in your installation as well. We hope to have informed your correctly and sufficiently. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
