<div>We Booked an open top bus recently from ++++++ sunshine tours and transfers , thinking we would get one of the Springbok buses as per the pictures , what arrived was the total opposite , actually a disgusting black and red bus. We complained to the driver and it turned out he is the owner of the bus “we must book direct with him next time and Doug doesn’t own any buses “ we felt unsafe in the bus and there was an awful stench coming from the bus. Be warned do your research before booking with this company</div>

I booked a Party Bus for matric students for 00h15 on 11 May and reconfirmed on the Tuesday beforehand. The bus never arrived and I was informed that 00h15 on 11 May was confusing as 11 May 00h15 is actually Saturday night and it was unfair that we should take all the responsibility for this error. However no service was provided and yet they kept R 1000 to cover costs. I would also like to say that my message to reconfirm said "Is everything on track for Friday night's party bus? Do I need to do anything to reconfirm?' The reply was All confirmed Drivers details to follow but they still refuse to take responsibility stating that they reply to all the messages as 'ALL CONFIRMED"
