Shocking Service, Prepaid Order placed, company not contactable
Placed order for inverter 3 days ago, no acknowledgement or shipping details. Money was paid of course. Sent email yesterday, no answer. Tried phone contact - no answer. I cannot work with a vendor who ignores prepaid orders and doesn't communicate.

If you ever had that feeling of.... What if...? DON'T! Sunstore.co.za is a legit and as good as it gets! I checked up on Whatsapp what's happening and every time I called Tshepang knew exactly who was calling not only by name but by order number too! Payment as smooth and professional as you would like it. They under promise and over deliver on shipment dates, got my order before the expected date. Seldom has a business been involved in shipping as this one, every movement emailed to you. to enable you to keep track on a tracking number that should just do that but they walk the distance and then some. WELL DONE TEAM, thank you Tshepang! Keep it up! you'll see me again! The communication of this business is next level! Please don't confuse SUNSTORE with Sunshop. SUNSTORE rocks!!

Awesome job SunStore! Great price and very speedy delivery!
I was looking for a charge controller and when SunStore's price came in at just over R1000 LESS than anyone else, I was very suspicious to say the least. I took the chance and they were incredible. Placed my order yesterday and the Courier Guys delivered my parcel in Cape Town this morning before 9am. WELL DONE SUNSTORE! You will be seeing a lot more of me!

Wow - I never write a review, but this one had to be a must. It's nerve-wracking to trust an online business several 100 miles away with such a large order but: - their telephone service is spot on (Thank you Sonto) - the page has many educational materials - and they stock everything Victron - also the small items (cables, fuse holders etc.) that are necessary for a professional setup - delivery to KZN was prompt and transparent Many friends from Europe recommended Victron over the many Chinese brands out there for quality, flexibility, and customer service. Sunstore was the right partner to source all parts. Thank you!

Sunstore the best service.
I was very sceptical as a first time buyer from sunstore.co.za. I enquired abit on their Whatsapp chat, researched google for reviews and took the plunge. Placed my order at about 10am. All I can say is WOW!!! The courier was at my door the next morning 11am. I am in CT and they in Jhb. Not even Takealot can do that. I definitely recommend Sunstore for your next purchase. Thanks Sunstore, you made my day after a bad experience with another supplier of the same item.
