Bad NO service from Suntech Wholesalers

On the 31October I ordered a 14.4kw lithium battery from Suntech wholesalers. They assured me that they have stock and when they receive my payment, they would send it out courier express. They received my payment on the 2nd of November but after many calls I only received a secondhand unit with now communications cable on the 3rd. The unit is not the same as the unit I ordered it is also badly scratched and was wrapped in cardboard and cling wrap. They have promised that they would send a new unit and collect the secondhand unit, but nothing has happened. When I try and contact them, they do not answer my calls. Daniel has promised to replace this unit but now nearly 3 weeks later nothing has happened. I have all this information on WhatsApp.
