Good Afternoon Be very careful of this company I almost got scammed from this mr dylan. He sounds very convincing over the phone, even went so far to check in their inventory for stock availability but something seemed off so I stopped immediately with my order. I sincerely feel sorry for each and every person that has been scammed by this person and company. I hope you guys will find him , beat him up, make a case so that he can rot in jail for fraud.

Thieves! Do not buy!
We have ordered solar panels from Suntrix, assisted by Dylan Mbeki on 8 Feb. The panels were going to be delivered on 20 Feb, but it did not happen. I was assured that there has been a small problem with our panels, but delivery would degree take place on 23 Feb. The panels were not delivered, even though Dylan assured me at 12 that the truck was 40 km from our house. I then asked for a refund, but it was not paid. After numerous complaints, Dylan sent us a proof of payment for R5000 ( not the full amount) as the first of our refund payments. The money never arrived in my bank account and there has been no reply from Dylan again after that time. Please do not buy from them!

***BEWARE*** This is a scam. I paid for a battery on 25 November 2022 and it was never delivered. Promises for a refund has never been honoured. Their website is closed up now and Dylan Mbete is not answering the phone. I see plenty similar complaints on HelloPeter Please lodge complaints at the Ombudsman for Consumer Goods and Services. Enough complaints may lead to the National Consumer Commission getting involved to take legal action.

EMPTY PROMISES
We paid R21500,00 for 6 JA Solar panels October 2022 but have not received anything after numerous empty promises and excuses by Dylan.They did 2 refunds and send me proof but it was fake a second refund was made for a portion of the money out of their petty cash but up to now we could not get hold of them they don't answer calls and emails....DONT BUY FROM THEM...!!!
