I have got an Olivetti laser printer. While new it broke down and needed to be repaired under warranty terms. That took them almost a year, while I had to buy another printer. Now it prints with a lot of streaks and crashes browser a lot as well. Not recommended.

Hereby I wish to utter my utmost disappointment in your telephonic customer services. I spoke to 2 different people (females) this morning, where one transferred me to an answering machine and the other one , (who claims she's the Workshop coordinator) plainly just hung up on me! I got a quote yesterday only stating a code and an amount I need to pay. I would like to find out exactly what's wrong with the till since I need to make an informed decision whether or not to buy another till perhaps. Now I understand that the system does not tell but we are not working with systems alone but with people as well. I would really like to know what exactly I must pay for. According to me only the "Enter" button was broken and to fix that can surely not cost R2500. If you take your care to a mechanic you surely will not just pay an amount to fix your car without finding out what exactly is broken, right? The same here. I would really like an answer to this and telling me that the system does not allow it or that information is not given is not acceptable to me.

Olivetti - be vigilant before signing their contract Kindly assist me with this matter, I am currently renting a printer with Olivetti, I have been having problems with their machine and they are charging me based on the copies I made monthly, lately they sent me a bill which was far more than what we pay even on your busiest months. Their bill went up by not less than 30% without notice as per their agreement it has an escalation of 10-15% Pa. I have not been happy with their service now for the past 6+ months • They send a technician who will fix the machine while in our office trying to fix it telephonically – this have costed me not less than 8 hours of operation a week. • They take more than 2 hours to resolve the issue and reschedule for June 2019 alone there was 11 faults lodged and we are standing at 4 for July 2019 • They do not pitch up at the time stipulated. • They do not reply to our emails when we send a report for technician to come inn where someone is assigned or not. • They can not issue us the proof as to the number of printouts we are charged for the billing that they have billed us for the past 3 months, • We were given a loan machine that was always faulty and inconvenienced us with regards to operations. The machine stayed with us of about 4+ full months and evetime we had to print we were required to go to the machine and open the door and close it again before it prints. • They are holding me liable for all the test pages that they were print all the time when they were testing the machine, • I have corresponded the accounts department, technical, and management but my issue does not seem to be resolved via email and telephonically, • 4 times if not more every month there is a case. • I feel that my service is highly compromised and never taken seriously. • Our competency to deliver is being sacrificed highly • This is affecting our deliverables. • As we speak the technician was supposed to come inn yesterday to complete the installation of some software, he has not pitched up to today and there was no update as to why not or what so ever. • We can not print we have to rely on an extra charge via the internet café. Kindly advise me as to what steps should I take from here I have corresponding emails with all my enquiries. Kindly regards Zama

<p>Olivetti the service is pathetic. No one returns calls . Email to directors and no response. Wondering if there is any human contact on the other side. Machine always troubling. When we Do get a service consultant to come in , they make it seem as if un configured the machine. We are in education not IT. Please help someone i really need to get another company to service.</p>

<p>We went to suberb to try and get replacement Software since our shop's computer crashed. At first we were ignored for 45 minutes before anyone would acknowledge us. <br /><br />When asked a question on uploading stock data sheets, the manager clearly told a worker there to deal with us, as he refused to deal with illiterate people. <br /><br />The Point of Sale software itself is old and not very user-friendly, and the help files that come with do not provide enough information to easily understand the functionality. The peripherals that come with (barcode scanner, printer) are extremely overpriced as well. <br /><br />Combined with the above terrible service, means that this place should be avoided at all costs.</p>
