Bad service delivery. Refusal to transfer my pension fund to the new administrator.

Old Mutual Superfund is failing to send and RTO to my new Pension Fund administrator. Whenever I call them they can't give me a reason why they can't send it. Their agents are so rude that they even refuse to transfer me to someone senior to resolve my matter. They always say they will escalate on my behalf. I've been calling them daily for the same thing but they still can't resolve. I have spent a lot of money on phone call to them, but the worst service ever!
