Unfair treatment from Superga staff Fairwalk centre
Went in to the store,found all employees at the talking,I greeted and checked the shoes none of the employees came to me to talk to me I even struggled with sizes but when a white man came into the store 2 of the guys was walking already with the guy assisting him. No one came to me asking if I need help up until I left but they were all around the white guy. How do all staff stand on the door for the sun to keep them warm and none of them is inside the store assisting the client like how,so I must shout for help in a distance? I even had to drive to Menlyn to buy there because they understand how to treat the client Why are we not getting the same treatment at the store? The store is located in fairwalk centre in fairlands

I was at Superga in Fairlands on Thursday, I did not like how staff lady treated her colleague, she was making drama, shouting at the staff using valgar words I felt bad for the guy. I even left the store without shopping.

Poor quality
I bought a canvas pair of sneakers in Nov, 2023. The condition they are in is horrible, the white has changed to yellow and the laces have black stains on it. I have hardly worn them and have followed the washing instructions. I am very unhappy as these shoes don't come cheap.

Poor quality

Superga
I bought a new pair of Superga shoes in November 2023, they were very uncomfortable, caused me so much pain and yes, I bought a perfect shoe size. I took off the inner sole and it felt much, much better. I decided to let it go since I managed to make a plan regarding that. So then a new problem has risen. My heel and upper part are now starting to separate. I spent R1500 on those and 3 months I a very short time for these shoes to start separating.I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANY SUPERGA!

I bought a new pair of Superga shoes in November 2023, they were very uncomfortable, caused me so much pain and yes, I bought a perfect shoe size. I took off the inner sole and it felt much, much better. I decided to let it go since I managed to make a plan regarding that. So then a new problem has risen. Returning the sneaker for the right size
I bought a superga sneaker I love that sneaker but now the size is big, and I returned the sneaker to get the smaller size but now the ladies that work there are telling me that they can't take it it's going to be a long prosses of writing the email. It's the first I hear of such cause when you buy something and the size it's not right you return it without a Hassel. I'm not requesting for the refund. I'm so disappointed...

Missing shoes
My husband order a pair of superga’s for my birthday in January. I have still not got them. The courier company went 3 times to collect them and we received an email that they couldn’t go back again. “We” had to follow up. Bearing in mind we did not appoint the courier company. When I phone I was cut off. When I did eventually get through gave my order number I was put on hold and eventually cut off again. Left a message for the online sales person. She sent an email about 3 weeks ago to say she is looking into the missing pairs of shoes. I have tried on numerous occasions to phone but it’s near impossible to talk to someone. Service is absolute disgraceful.

Missing shoes

Angry and disappointed
Bought a pair of platform sneakers at Superga Clearwater, very uncomfortable and slips at the back, I wear a size 7 had to exchange it for a size 6, still they slip at the back, went as far as buying the hill grips from clicks but still they didn't help, tried to take it back buy they refused to exchange or refund, they say I should resell the shoes at a lower price(Lungile) worse the ladies at the shop( lungile and Xoli) also admit their platform shoes are uncomfortable and they slip at the back, I requested for their manager to call me, they keep on saying she won't call me, and they refusing to give me her/his number, apparently the managers name is Wandi, I left the shoe at the shop hoping the manager will call me but nothing, when I call and visit the shop for feed back they say the don't know, I asked when is the Manger coming to the shop they say they DON'T KNOW😡, now I. Am sitting with a shoe that I paid over a thousand rand for that doesn't give me any joy and doesn't meet my expectation as a customer😡 Bad customer service at superga Clearwater, no sympathy at all, liers, useless managers... That's if this Wandi guy exists, am so disappointed and angry.....
