deceitful / lying / overpricing

<p>I asked them to fix my geyser (the element needed replacing).  I was quoted R2200 and I asked why the cost was so high.  They informed me the element is very expensive, more than R900.  obviously I didnt know better and believef them. It was a few days after that I asked for an itimised invoice and receipt for the element.  The element only cost R520 and they quoted 3 hours labour when the job didn't take long.  Do not use these people.  They especially try to take advantage of people who are not clued up in this field.  They are a lying, greedy company there to take as much money from the public under false pretenses</p>
