On 13/05 I took my bmw G20 to address the shock & door lock issue. That episode took 3 days to diagnose, and apparently no faults. All that was mentioned by the advisor, Nadeem, that all was in tolerance. No paper trail. No shock test. Door lock was lubricated as done on three previous occasions. Sane result. Noisy after a few days. I also complained that at the previous service, the dealership had damage a jacking point block. This was pointed out by the BMW ON CALL technician when the car has a puncture. This Dispute ended in an argument, whereby I was blamed for driving over a curb or speed hump. No visual damage under the car. As for the shock, the mechanic used his ears as a diagnostic instrument. That is how he ascertained the “tolerance” of the noisy RF shock. Furthermore I had to buy another jacking point block. I also found on the day I collected my car, 16/05/2025, that the key for the lock nut was missing as I had to change the punctured tyre. I was told that the car didn’t come in with the key, abd they didn’t use it. Therefore, I requested the check list, to no avail. However the workshop manager, Donald has promised to investigate, and report back to me but I’m not convinced that as is usually with Supertech, nothing will be done. Accountability is not forthwith coming! Since 2000, they’ve caused damage to my M3, new motor installed after almost a year of deliberation. Serviced the car but failed to fill in oil. M6, damaged four tyres when mechanic test drove car. Owner used vulgar language and told me get lost. M5 F10, they destroyed my car, 5 engines later, two gearboxes, diff, exhaust and 8 tyres later, over two years of the car being parked off at the dealership. Owner accused me of damaging car. Albeit I left it for a maintenance issue with turbos. That graduated into catastrophe. Wrongly installed turbos caused engine failure all whilst they worked with the car. *********** staff and apprentices tried to repair. Eventually BMW SA uplifted the car and to BMW SA Workshop. There, they replaced complete drive train, exhaust, covers, heat shields to tyres! A complete rebuild. No apology from Supertech. They didn’t even repay insurance or extend the motor plan. Land Cruiser V8 VXR, went in for scratch and dent repairs to their ARC Panelshop. Therein they damaged all rear tail lights, again they denied accountability. After many superlatives, the manager took accountability to replace. G20, ****** key for lock nuts, and damaged jack point block. It’s a pity that I have been a loyal customer that not only serviced my vehicle with but also purchased many cars over the last 25 yrs. Loyalty accounts for nothing. The reason big brands fail, is owing to malicious staff, arrogant management and unaccountability by the owners.

And You will replace the fuel that I spent to source parts and pick up the seats that your workers damaged at the dealership. Preyan lies about everything he does. And ideals furnishers is where he sent genuine leather seats to get generic leather... After complaining. I drove to durban and ensured my seats were closely done to original but it still is not to my satisfaction. Due to this dealership work. My car rattles like crazy and also my headlight washer system no longer works because they can't source parts and blanked off the system... for my vehicle despite it being an insurance job. They are a disgrace and I will not recommend the ARC department to anyone because they will lock you in and try to assault you like Prean did to me 2 days ago. I would like feedback from the directors regarding this as I am going forward legally when he refused to give me my refund and also *******ly locked me in the office to engage a fight .

BMW Supertech Newcastle Panel beaters are incompetent and useless. Do not take your car there, you have been warned!! They did very minor repairs and I had to send the car back...twice! For bad workmanship first and then overspray. Backyard Panelbeaters can do a better job than this so called professional company! Just have a look at the state of their courtesy cars and you will know. Now water is leaking into my car where THEY worked and they refuse to acknowledge their mistake!!

I gave supertech Newcastle my car a polo vivo on the 24th of August for panel Beating on the rear right side. And when ever I call them to check if my car is ready they giving me stories. And they given me 3 deadlines already. When I call they will reschedule and say they are waiting for parts. Last week I called them they said they finished fixing the car what's left if for painting. When I get there on the 8th of October to fetch my car I only find that they just started fixing its not ready. 😡

Good evening. BMW SUPERTECH ROSSBURGH DURBAN I recently picked up my bmw 340i from a service.....rossburgh supertech durban. On returning home and opening bonnet I noticed the engine cover had been changed and replaced with an old looking one. I changed oil and filled coolant just two weeks ago so I know what it looked like before sending to supertech.....this dealership seems to be riddled with thieves and poor workmanship. I take care of my car and dnt expect worn out parts to be placed in it.....it has been clearly swapped with an old cover. Clips broken and scratches on cover. Please advise on how we can proceed from here. This is not the first time having a problem with you guy. Also Dent from September last year still not sorted out....as you are still waiting for a I will escalate my problems with bmw Sa and work from there. Thank you for your time. My vehicle was collected from Newcastle on the 06th of July 2019 to be taken to Supertech Durban ARC to commence repairs after a minor accident. The repairs were completed and sent on a roll back back to Newcastle. The vehicle was returned to me on the 17th of August 2019. On delivery, some dissatisfying issues were brought to the attention of RWC Manager at Newcastle which was to be rectified when a courtesy vehicle was available. A courtesy vehicle was arranged and the vehicle was taken to Supertech Newcastle for the issues to be resolved, the vehicle had been with Supertech Newcastle before lockdown and completed unsatisfactory, now my vehicle was transported to Supertech PMB to be repaired. It has now been over 14 months that my vehicle has been in the possession of Supertech without a date given to me for delivery. In the past 14 months my instalments and insurance has costed me close to R350k, we had BMW Sa who came to Newcastle on the 21st July 2020, and after inspection said car was to be settled and returned to Supertech. The service from all departments of Supertech is appalling and definitely not up to BMW standards.
