On the 16th August 2019 we appointed Supa Diggers to do our Earthworks as they are established within the Estate we are building in and have provided these services to several stands within the Estate and are presumably familiar with the Estate's requirements.
What a nightmare they are to work with, they are unethical and dishonest with no respect for their clients and most importantly no integrity for their work as "professionals". They use sub-standard material and as in my case continue to compromise the quality of works.
Their first attempt on the platform (foundation) was completely substandard (inferior cheap materials were used) despite paying and mutually agreeing to the specified material. Upon inspection of this foundation platform they didn't count on us extracting and submitting a sample of the materials used for testing. Based on the outcome of the results our Engineers couldn't sign off the works and they subsequently issued a works instruction for remedial works. Amongst which they were required to remove 150mm of what they've done and replace it with 150mm of G5 as per the remedial works instruction. By now one would think they'd comply; to our shocking surprise they didn't, they indeed removed the 150mm, however replaced it with less than 100mm. A complete disregard to salvage their reputation in this regard and to do right by the client especially since they've been caught out before.
This appalling work ethic has cost us a lot of time and money and now we have to further remedy this disaster again.
What a nightmare Supa Diggers are.
