Unsatisfied customer

I ordered a phone on the 24th of February 2024 and payed the full amount. They even sent me an invoice and promised me that they will have the phone delivered within two working days. I still haven't received my phone till date and their number isn't going through when I try contacting. They even made me send the money via cash send
