Pathetic company!
I emailed Surehatch to enquire if I may buy ONLY the egg trays that fits into the incubator. Palesa Nosi responded but she simply does not understand this very simple question. She does not answer the question at all and just keeps sending their full pricelist and the trays are NOT on the pricelist! Absolutely PATHETIC!! Surehatch, my advice to you is to employ competent people and train them properly! I will definitely NOT do business with you!

Pathetically useless bunch of people. I called Eugene, he cant help me because he is sales, he told me to speak to Corne, I called Corne 3x he would not answer his phone. He sent me message saying he is technical. I called David, he didnt bother to answer his phone either. I just have a few questions that I would like to ask and not one person can assist. Im very disappointed in after sales service, because there is no after sales service, they took my money, gave me machine with a booklet, and dont care about assisting after they have their money. DONT BUY from these people, they are unhelpful and uninterested.

Delivery time much longer than promised
I ordered from Surehatch and was told that delivery would take 3-4 days with postnet. I must just pay the money. Today is day 14 and i am still waiting. Companies like this should rather be honest and say that delivery will take 14 days plus, then customers can decide if they would like to wait or use someone else. I now lost a hatching cycle of 56 chicks which could have been prevented if I knew it would take so long.
