Surplus Steel Shelving; will not buy from them againsu

I bought shelving according to the specifications that was set out in the pamphlets; there is also a display unit. I measured it to be 2.2mx1.3mx0.9m this is also the spec according the company pamphlet. When I received the product the spec has suddenly changed from 2.2mx1.3mx0.86m.. NOT 0.9m as I expected and was told they changed it. I then asked for a 0.9m unit BUT the owner refused blatantly and called me a difficult customer. Also he said I must return the items for a refund BUT won't change his jigs to make the 0.9m unit.. really after all the design and planing my workshop he refused to help. He claims this is a tolerance in the design. REALLY pathetic. Tolerances are in mm NOT 40 to 60 mm ! I simply bought some metal and extended the 40mm to get the right spec. I will not do business with them again.
