Disappointing customer service

If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased a car last month and I was given a permit which expires tomorrow. I contacted one of the representatives and they told me that there was a backlog at the traffic department so even if I am stopped by the police they would understand. I have been calling since 9am so that I can get an extended permit and because I need to drive but I have not helped whatsoever. All I am being told is that the ''management is having a meeting about this" and 5 hours later I do not have any feedback
