The service reception Katherine,was helpful in booking in my car for service, explaining the repair process and kept me updated on the progress. I felt like my needs were valued at Suzuki Edenvale since I gave one call then they attended immediately without hesitation than Suzuki Kyalami as I called almost two weeks but not taking me serious and I nearly hate Suzuki but Katherine (Molefe) changed my mind.
