I bought Suzuki S-presso in August 2020. Now parts replace are road ends, rack ends, and now Clutch bearing. Please stay away as much as possible. Suzuki S-Presso is not a credible car.

Unbelievable great customer Service.. Best Bike dealer in the Boland area...if you want a team that is willing to help and go the extra mile. This is that dealer. And I am happy to share such a great experience with anyone who will listen!!! Suzuki Bike Choice-Worcester - 5 Stars all the way!!!

Best bike for the prices, that's for sure. Nice sporty ride. Gear shifting is very soft, and this bike is good for tall riders. It will be difficult for long rides, I can tell, and service costs are reasonable. This bike is best for my daily uses and long trips but maybe not for track riding.

Hi we purchases a brand new sym sx125 1 april 2021 , the motor bike worked fine for this first week , it then had to be booked in because it did not start . We found out it was a dud batter installed in the brand new motor bike. They then " swopped it out" my son has been stuck on the side of the road 10 times since he has had the bike and every time the bike has gone in we are told the batter has not charge , they had to change a plug or two. I am done with this bike and will be returning it to the store I used my hard earned savings to create convenience for my self at the rate i am going it might as well open up a towing service. On top of it the Service manager has absolutely no customer service skills and the receptions is good at giving incorrect information. May son asked to confirm when his bike should be brought in for a service and she looked at the service book and gave him a klm reading when to bring it in . The last service of the bike we were told we went over the mileage and it would cost extra and when i had the conversation the store manager james he told me you have the book and the information is in there " talk about service delivery " i would never recommend to purchase a motor bike through them, the after sale service sucks

I was on the verge of picking up my "brand new" 2022 Suzuki Burgman 125cc. Just to find out that this little s****** was still the old 2018 / 2019 carburetor model. I had done my homework beforehand, and knew that Suzuki had upgraded the s****** to a Fuel Injection version in 2020. When I asked the Dealer, they said that Suzuki SA is supplying them with this (old) model, as they will not be bringing in the newer model until all current stock has been sold. So basically, you and I, the customers, must be satisfied with getting a 3 year old motorcycle but paying new 2022 prices. What a ripoff. I Suzuki SA at least offered us the 2019 carburetor model and a reduced price, I could understand. End of last year the "new"s****** was R 23 800. Now suddenly - because it's now 2022 - the same s****** costs R 24 250. Nearly R500 more because it's now a new year, but yet Suzuki SA is still giving us 2019 model bikes. Suzuki SA, I hope the country reads this.
