Swannie's Towing CC is a crooked business

This company charged R3900 just to change a tire and the process took them two hours. The staff said the tire is new, and when asked for the old tire they said cannot give it back. The tire was not new! There was still hole in the tire caused air leak. It was just the old tire and they didn't even patched it properly. When phone the boss of this company, he said it is not his problem and just hang up the phone. This company is run by crooks.
