Agents for Whirlpool
After I was referred to Swartland Elektries by Tafelberg Paarl, where I bought my Whirlpool Toploader, I thought now I am at the right people but no!! A very unpleasant experience dealing with Swartland Elektries, the level of service and communication was disgusting. Would not recommend Swartland Elektries.

Lack of communication and respect
A very unpleasant experience dealing with Swartland Elektries. After being referred by the agents for an appliance that needed repairs, the level of service and communication was disgusting. Would not recommend Swartland Elektries.

Swartland Elektries to our rescue
Bosch contacted Swartland Electries to repair my dishwasher under Bosch Gaurentee. They were prompt, fast and effective. Thank you Isak, we appreciate you driving 200 km to repair during the busiest time of the year.

ZERO communication
Whirlpool/KIC makes use of Swartland Elektries to check faulty appliances etc. Communication from their office is non existent. You must complain at Whirlpool/KIC first before getting any response from Swartland Elektries It's an up and down struggle to get the issue resolved, endless promises to call back.

Do not use
Don’t waste your time or money on this company. Communication from their office is non existent. Asked call out fee, and parts money to be paid. And still they have not been around to fix the washing machine. They’ve been stringing us along, endless promises to call back. Loads of excuses.
