Palms street road resurfacing spoilt by the clay gravel
The municipality recently repaired our dust road in Kalbaskraal ( palm street & nemesis). All they did was to cover the roads with clay and with the rains that fell on 21 March 2025 In kalbaskraal the roads became so slippery that light vehicles wud not drive through. Those who drove thru did so at a cost. The clay accumulated on tyres thereby messing up driveways and yard pavings.. I have known this municipality for good delivery but this time around what a shoddy job they did especially in palm street. I have laid a complaint to the counselor and I hope they will fix this problem with speed. It can only remain a dream that they will put tar in this road as what befits the modern error. The road was much better without the top clay gravel they put 2 weeks ago

Water Trucks In Chatsworth Area
The Water Has Been Off For More Than A Month In Chatsworth Area And As Well As Riverlands Due To The Flood Of The Dam That Burst. Since Then We Have Been Receiving Water Via The Water Trucks. There Are Days We Go Whole Day Without Water,There Are Trucks That Stand By The Clinic And We Supposed To Collect Water There But How Are We That Don't Have Transport Supposed To Collect Water There?. There Are Times The Trucks Drive So Fast Past Our House We Shout And Scream But They Don't Stop. There Are Times The Employees Are So Rude And They Not Very Friendly And There Are Times They Will See Us Standing With Our Buckets But Will Not Help Us With Water And Will Just Turn And Not Tell The People For Example They Not Coming This Way Or Whatever. When You Call The Offices They Just Say They Will Let The Trucks Know But Then The Trucks Never Come. Very Unhappy About This Water Issue,Don't Even Know When This Water Issue Will Be Fixed Ever. Water Trucks In Chatsworth Area

Fixed your mess
Here in Malmesbury on the corner of Fresia street 32,the municipality did make a hole almost 3 weeks ago,when will the whole be fixed,someone must first break there leg or burst a tire ,if this was in town the hole be fixed the same day

Manners teach them
One of your guys with the name of Willem who was looking for water meter, just open my gate walk in don't greet look around my car i did see him my front door was open so he could definitely see me, i approached him then u ask where's the water meter,you must teach your staff manners and services skills and how to be friendly,

Complaint on non service delivery
My review this morning is more a complaint/non service of basic human services such as sewerage and sanitation in the area of Chatsworth a suburb of Malmesbury as residents we pay rates and taxes inclusive of our municipal bill but we don't get the basic human service of sewerage and sanitation and what makes this issue painful is that down the road the same municipality has a RDP housing scheme where residents has all the basic human services and don't pay a cent for rates and taxes and within the same municipal district there is more of these schemes and nobody pays for basic human services, but we in Chatsworth that pays for these services don't have it, we need help, someof our residents even pay fines and are threatened with court cases because of breaking of services that we don't get, what do we do? Now I have emailed the mayor and the municipal manager but oppressive as they are they have not personally come back to me

So my electricity was shut down without me knowing it no sms was send or call from them I went home over the weekend to see my electricity was shut down I called them to.ask them why they told me my electricity bill was behind I ask them how is that possible when I pay every month extra on my account they told me they will check now keep in mind I drove 2 hours to them to ask why when the lady check on the system she said sorry it was a mistake no mistake can fix my house smelling like Rotten Corps no mistake will bring back my whole sheep,my box burgers,my 10kg chicken,my steak which I took there to store in my deep freezer for June holiday when me and my family go for school holiday,they told me they will put my electricity back on and someone will call me it's 3 days pass now no one call me back..my money is gone my house smell like the death which I should get ppl now out on my own pocket to get rid of the smell what nonsense

Pensioner beiing over chanrged
Since my dad passed away in June 2021 we must pay municapality R5000 each month we are sure there are something wrong in the dep. Because no one can afford that my mother is a pensioner and we can't afford that why are we paying that much is ore that a new purchacing of a house something is wrong at swarland municipality we sure $##%%# or something.
