Swedespeed Auto - Where a Customer feels like a burden.

I'm truly sorry to wrote this review, but having to have dealt with Swedespeed Auto in Montague Gardens, since March 2024 to Friday 26 July 2024, was the worst experience ever.

From poor customer care, to being unreliable in providing any sort of documents or proof of what was supposedly done in my Volvo, is simply just ridiculous.

From trying to sort out my vehicle for more than a month at some point, no feedback form them want some ever, and it seems like my vehicle had more problems after receiving it back time after time.

Sending a quote to my insurance for an extremely high cost in repair, without even making me aware of this prior to just sending it off to the insurance, blatantly unheard of.

Can honestly say that I will never recommend Swedespeed Auto to any other Volvo driver.

Really more relaxed in getting my car taken care of by people who truly understand enhines and not simply guessing or not being able to identify the real faults.
