Package damaged +++ Poor packaging and zero customer service. I sent them pictures of package . Bag of cheese snacks was ripped open and dispersed and crushed throughput the whole box . They had a special on Fanta Strawberry tins 1 for the price of 2 . Tins were actually leaking. They just ignore your request for solving the losses you suffered.. Avoid at all cost ,especially their specials. See two other independant reviews with the same problem since January 2022

I've ordered from this company twice. First order was badly packed and box was terrible damaged. Items were intacted so I decided to order again. Second order was much worse. Not only was the box damaged and poorly packed again, the items where damaged, stale and opened. I reached out to the company via email and fb with no response. There is no contact number available. Items are extremely expensive, so think twice before ordering as after sale service is pathetic.

I placed an order for the first time. It wasn’t a very big order but not a small order either. My order arrived quickly which I was happy about however one of the products was open and half of it had fallen out into the box. I emailed Sweetie Shop since they don’t have a phone number to call and I never received a response. I waited almost 2 weeks and sent an email again. I have done this 4 times now and it has been a month and no response. I also tried sending a message on instagram but no response. Their website states “ Top-notch support Hands on customer support from our amazing team” which is quite frankly a lie. I am so disappointed and upset and I won’t be ordering from them again.

Its been 10 days now and I still did not received my order with no response from them after emailing them a number of times!! I cant get in contact with them at all and I doubt my order is on its way. Did not get notified when my order was ready and I got no shipping updates up to this point.

Terrible service. My order had missing items which i was not warned about until the day of delivery, with additional item also missing which was not mentioned. I responded to their email which said i could either have a refund or a voucher, and if refund i must attach my banking details. which is what i did. i got no response. i phoned the number on their facebook, which rings until the very last second until it is answered. the person who answers does not even know what they are doing. i have to tell them how to do their job, this is how the conversation went: Me: hello, i had items missing them: okay... Me: can i give you my order number? them: okay.... Me: can i tell you what was missing? them: okay... Me: these are the items missing ..... them: no, that cannot be. Well it is??? I then asked for the refund, and was told no problem she will do it. a few days later i called again and said i did not receive the refund as yet. The phone was then given to Karolina who apologized and said she will do it right away. i told her i emailed my bank details a few days ago. she says no worries she can do it quickly since the payment was done through payfast. And that she would respond to mail as proof on paper. i never got an email. i decided to be a bit patient and waited 2 days before i tried again. the first lady i interacted with answers. again she is rude, and cannot help me. she just says okay she'll do it. nothing once again. since then i have been trying to get ahold of them. i think they have blocked my cell number as it no longer rings and just cuts off. today i whatsapped them and as well my message was read with no response, i did not what to give a bad review, but now i feel like i have been left with no choice, as everytime i phone and ask to speak to Karolina, she is never around, so Karolina, please give me my refund, this is daylight robbery. immoral and unethical.
