Horrible unreliable service 😑
Worst service ever I placed an order on the 23rd today is the 29th still I haven't received my order,no communication nothing, I had to waste my airtime calling them the unreliable ladies from their online told me my order was with a courier I called the courier and they told me the store didn't give them my parcel. Then had to call sweet hyper again 🙄 stupid ladies told me they gave the order to the wrong courier I am an unhappy customer 😑 still waiting for my order which I paid money for

Arising my wife
Good day I have a huge problem with you guys 1 of your stuff members are arising my wife every time she go's there to pickup stock for the company and ever single time she says no the guy keeps on sending someone to ask for her phone number or following her everywhere in the store if this probleme those not get resolved I wil be forced to take extra precaution to keep my wife safe from your stuff and I wil bring in law in enforcement if you can't keep this guy in control how you keep asshols like that working for you is a surprise to me but it should be resolved ASAP. I'm very angry that you allow something like this in your company. 065 718 8691This is the guy phone number that keeps on arising my wife

What an absolute pleasure
What a pleasure to work with these people. I placed my order early the morning and made my payment and by the afternoon it was delivered. It was an absolute pleasure to have such speedy and efficient derive and I will be working with them again, soon.
