Order online....worst ever. *****!
I placed an order on Swemgat’s website on 24 June 2025.I have received nothing. It has now been almost a month with no delivery, no updates or no refund.This level of service is completely unacceptable. I expected a professional experience when ordering from their website, but this has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I hope this review encourages the company to take customer service more seriously and resolve my issue urgently.

Order online....worst ever. *****!
I placed an order on Swemgat’s website on 24 June 2025.I have received nothing. It has now been almost a month with no delivery, no updates or no refund.This level of service is completely unacceptable. I expected a professional experience when ordering from their website, but this has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Wonderful blue swimming pool
They magically transformed our big mossy fam into a lovely blue swimming pool within a weeks time. The swemgat team is also very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic Online Experience
My chlorinator electrode needed replacing and I was fortunate to find Swemgat online. Hendrik gave me the advice I needed and a day later the part arrived via courier. No one else came close to beating the advice, service or price. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic Online Experience

SWEMGAT -Very good Service
After receiving 3 devestating quotes to "repair".. (recommened replacing) our pool, we managed to come across SWEMGAT. Extremely helpful and the prices were the 1/4 of the local pool suppliers. Managed to find all the parts we required to repair our pool. I can with cer*****y say, that ANY POOL CAN BE REPAIRED. It's about doing some homework and getting the right parts for the job. Well done to SWEMGAT and the team for all your help and videos on the installation. I highly recommend buying from them. Not only a money saver but also time saver.

Poor communication, and non-delivery of product.
Ordered a product online. The website indicated that delivery will take place in 7-12 days. Tried to follow up on the 12th day, but received no response. When I called, I was told that they cannot get the product, and I will receive a refund in "a few days". No reason it should take 12 days to realise that they can no longer order a product from their supplier. When I told "Hendrik" that I'll be writing this Hello Peter review, he asked me how old I was, and told me I was old enough to know that no one cares what Hello Peter reviews say about businesses.

BAD SERVICE - NO COMMUNICATION
Placed an online order with them. Everything was paid. When I contact them via their whatsapp number, the messages are read, but not responded to. Called throughout the day and no one answers at all. Customer service is definitely not a priority to them!
