Poor service and lack of response- Swift Registrations N1 City! I am lodging a formal complaint regarding poor service & a complete lack of response from SwiftReg Company Registrations. I recently contacted Swift on behalf of a long-standing client who has 7 companies that were registered through Swift. I requested assistance & a quotation for share transfer services. Isabel Kondo rep**** once, advising that everything to be done online. I acknowledged her response & informed her that I would relay the information to the client. The client then requested copies of all share certificates to sign as the shares are to be transferred into his registered trust. I emailed this request to Isabel Kondo, but received no response. After receiving no feedback, I then sent another email to Shona Williams and Info@swiftreg.co.za requesting assistance. To date, I have still received no response. The client is well known to Swift & intends to continue using their services. Simply directing clients to"do everything online" without support, feedback, or even a quotation- especially when manual options exist-reflects very poor customer service. For clarity, I am not seeking employment, favours, or preferential treatment. I have my own professional work & engagements. My concern relates solely to service delivery & the unprofessional handling of a legitimate client request. For context, I worked for SwiftReg for 14 years and 11 months. Although I have resigned, this should not result in dismissive treatment, or unresponsive treatment when facilitating business for a client I am still waiting: * Copies of the share certificates for seven companies * A quotation for the share transfer services * Any form of feedback or acknowledgement. This experience has been disappointing and unprofessional.

Initially helpful but as soon as the money was paid over and the automated part was done. No follow up on multiple emails sent to different emails. i wanted to start a INC - they said they would suggest we start a company which they would help turn into an INC. now i am stuck with a company which i can not use as i am a medical professional. poor service.

Terrible service, for some reason a document did not upload correctly, they did not reach out, just took my money and did not bother to do what Ive paid for. a year later I find out its not done... too late, cost me an absolute fortune in tax

I paid this guys on the 22 of September 2024 ,it's now 5th January 2025. I haven't heard a thing from them. Submitted all documents their system required for a Tax clearance, I've tried reaching out. NO Response at all. They lucky I don't stay in Cape Town I would've visited their offices by now. That's if their address is legit aswell. BUNCH OF ****MERS.

NO Response at all. They lucky I don't stay in Cape Town I would've visited their offices by now. That's if their address is legit aswell. BUNCH OF ****MERS.

Simply make use of any other service provider! May you never go through the frustration of dealing with SwiftReg and especially Amber Louw. I made use of SwiftReg for company registration and director amendments, which was done without any problems (This is the easy part which you can do yourself). Decided to give them the opportunity to assist with my VAT registration, here is where you should stay far away. All required documents emailed to them (Amber Louw) on 05 August 2024 to start with the Public Officer appointment which needs to be done before the VAT registration. A month later on 06 Sept I received my first response from Amber with a shocking response where they did not even know how many directors in the company (even though SwifReg themselves did the director amendments and it was included in the documents pack sent to them). Apparently they did a re-submission to SARS on 06 Sept 2024 and this would take another 1-2 weeks. Up until today 27 Sept 2024 still no outcome or resolution, and they haven't even started on the VAT registration part. If you do not follow up with them yourself you will not receive any feedback or updates. They have a seriously bad attitude and customer service seems to have gone out the door. But they are super eager and ready to take your money initially. Rather make use of any other service provider, I will certainly never do business with SwiftReg ever again.

I app**** for CSD two months ago and till today it hasn't been processed, I have followed up couple of times still no help, inhavw been send from pillars to pillars, none of the two staff Mellisa and Stash can explain what happened. I paid the money and they got proof but they don't sort my issue.

Worst experience, almost a month company still not registered but all documents were signed and even emailed. CIPC keeps sending emails suggesting an enquiry to be fixed but they do not care. Govchain is the best for your company needs. Swiftreg is about their fee not the service.
