They agreed to help me with 3 payment but now they added 2 extra and didn't do anything

They agreed to help me with 3 payment but now they added 2 extra and didn't do anything.They said they will listen to recordings up to today they don't want to help me.They became defensive when they talk to me.I ask them for my refund ,they are not trustworthy
