I want to share my short lived experience with Sync Models management

I signed a contract with Sync modelling management and paid a portfolio fee. They promised to call me for a photoshoot,They never did. I followed up several times via email and phone — I was ignored. Their phone always went to voicemail.

Only after I took legal action and served them with a letter of demand did they respond. But instead of offering a refund or an apology, they claimed they submitted me for a shoot (without my consent and before I even had a portfolio with them).

They didn’t show up to the court hearing. The court ruled in my favor. If they don’t pay me within the next few days, I will return to court to enforce the judgment.

I’m sharing this because at my interview, there were about 15 or more people. And I wonder how many of us paid and never got feedback from Sync.

To anyone chasing their dreams: always research agencies before signing anything or paying fees. A real agency communicates clearly, delivers on what they promise, and doesn’t disappear after taking your money. Sync is definitely not the one

Be careful out there. Not all that glitters is gold.
