Good day good people Telkom moblle got a technic of frustating us I bought a sim card and registered. They alocated a number is on DEBT REVIEW. NOW IS CALLS AND CALLS AND PROBALY ON MY NEXT RDCHSRGE I 'M GOING TO LOOSE MY MONEY BECAUSE SIM CARD IS ON ARREARS. and debt review MBD THEY TOTALLY USELESS AND CLUE LESS TO UNDERSTAND AND REALISE THEY RECYCLE THE NUMBER AND ALOCATE IT TO ME. THIS IS INSANE WHAT THEY DO TO US THEY BUY THEY QUALIFICATIONS AND THEY NEVER LEARN HOW TO USE THEY BRAIN.

I had contract with Telkom for 24 months and it expired. It continued on a monthly basis until last year when I wrote a letter to cancel it. But to surprise Telkom continued to take money from my account. I then decided to reverse the payments. Now telkom demands R2400 from me for the arrears that accumulated after the contract was canceled. Still they do not want to cancel the contract. They threaten to blacklist me. Please help me. I want the contract canceled. I am a pensioner, i cannot afford to continue with the contract.

I tried calling but the automated service SUCK! Can I please talk to a human?! My debit order always goes off on the 5th of every month. I upgraded on the 15th of March. I chose my new debit order for the 1st of every month. Today is 27 March 2025. Telkom, please explain why you blocked my account and phone. I am not able to make any phone calls. I tried the online website, but the dashboard provides no information on why my phone was just blocked! This is the type of stupid thing that is contributing to the downfall of Telkom. Please assist and fix this ridiculous situation on your side!!

Telkom gives customers an option to pay their account online (immedicate payment) and after the customer has paid they still deduct the monthly subscription. It is very odd and synister that Telkom does not track and allocate immediate online payments and then charge an exorbitant penalty fee of R 202.70. This practice is not customer centric and it is treacherous and appalling to say the list. I'm not happy at all with your service and practices. This practice amounts to de*****ing loyal customers.

Cancel my subscription I am done with you guys I want nothing to do with telkom nothing.
