Teacher hitting pupil with a broom

Yesterday an incident happened involving a teacher Mr Masukume at Taalnet Randburg who allegedly struck an 11-year-old girl with a broomstick on the lips due to her alleged noise during a class session. Co-oparate punishment is not allowed, and why did he use a broom to hit her on her lips, she didn't sleep complaining about headaches and the lips were painful because it is bruised and apparently she bleed also. He doesn't deserve to be torturing school kids, he must fight men outside not kids.
