Never ever ever again - table view glass and aluminium
I am honestly ashamed of my 1 star rating, because they deserve a rating of MUCH less. We have tried to use them for multiple jobs (and unfortunately paid deposits almost immediately, and therefore did not see how much of a horrific job they do). They managed to ruin all 4 of the installations we used them for. Their response times are atrocious (if you even get a response), but on top of that their installation quality is so much worse. We currently have a job where they need to install 2 vanity mirrors. To install the one mirror they actually stood on the vanity, cracked the granite top, damaged the timber unit and chipped the porcelain wall tiles AND the installation is so not seamless. There’s gaps all around the mirror. The second mirror, they haven’t even showed up to install. All of this that we have to deal with and we haven’t had any response from the installer Jonathan nor from Robin Haupt. I have never, ever, ever dealt with a more unprofessional team within the industry. I hope this review helps someone else so that they don’t have to go through what we’re going through - an unhappy client, a horrible product, damages that we have to now pay for, and additional costs to get a professional team to do the mirrors. What a pleasure to engage with this company! Their quote was reasonable. The product was great quality. When they came to install the windows and sliding door, their team was punctual. polite and extremely efficient. I would highly recommend them.

They deserve 0 as a rating
Worst Service ever, wish I could give then 0. We went to them to do the fabrication of our new houses windows. They cam e out 3 times to do measurements. On installation day firstly the windows was not the correct size and secondly they allowed an ill person to come to my house and all of their people were not wearing masks as per Covid-19 protocols. I send them away immediately as I was the only one that was concerned for my life and my workers life. I received a very nasty email from the owner which basically said what is he suppose to do about it. They came back t o install the windows which they installed all skew my people had to take out all of the windows and reinstall it all on my expense. Again no excuse or any way of delivering any customer service. Now the opening for the sliding door is 2 meter and not 2.1 meters, they only "fabricate" Standard size sliding doors and are charging us extra. Why are they called window fabricators if they only manufacture standard size doors, if I knew that I could have gone to builders and bought a standard size sliding door and gotten better service.
