Tactical Defence Store Thumbs up
I see some bad reviews here abour Tacticaldefence Store. To be honest I have received nothing but excellent service from them. Bought a pistol and blank bullets. The only issue I had was with the courier that werw 2 days late. When I contacted Tacticaldefence Store, they apologized and assured me that they will contact the courier company which they did. Got my delivery the next day.. This was in 2022 and if things have gone bad since, then they are probably under new bad management

I should have checked on here first before purchasing.....stupid I was....made payment online and now no contact with any of the three numbers....**** artists deluxe....so sad that companies do this to people.

Tactical defence store
After asking them some questions on their whatsapp help that you find when going online in store. They never got back to me. I then did some reading on hellopeter on this store. I must thank hellopeter for it seems like they saved me a lot of money and problems. This is a BAD store! Stay away! Not worth having 1 star

Tactical defence store
After asking them some questions on their whatsapp help that you find when going online in store. They never got back to me. I then did some reading on hellopeter on this store. I must thank hellopeter for it seems like they saved me a lot of money and problems. This is a BAD store! Stay away! Not worth having 1 star

Most unprofessional business i have ever dealt with
Most unprofessional business i have ever came across in my life. I contacted them and they told me the blank gun will be there on Saturday i spend money on uber going to the shop I get there the guy Warren told me he forgot the blank gun in Kempton park he then told me he will courier it on monday i must pick it up on monday he will make sure its there on mondsy. Monday comes they never call me to say blank gun arrived i called them they never answered. On tuesday i call them they said blank gun at the store i can fetch it between 12:00-13:00 i get a the store at 12:15 they just have a letter on the door to say closed for December after they confirmed i can come between 12:00 and 13:00 i left work used my uber money and they just dont care. I call warden they said they left already not going to come back after they wasted my time money and got my hopes up this was suppose to be a gift. Worse company ive ever dealt with and they simply dont care

Great Company
I placed an order on the afternoon of the 31st October. Goods were delivered on the 1st November. The best service I have ever experienced. I also bought some stuff from them at Nampo. Again the best service, very helpful and friendly people.

Tactical Defense Store in lynwood
Tactical Defense Store in lynwood It all started back in March 2021 when i purchased a pcp pellet rifle the nova vista leviathan. 22 cal i had it for about a month when it started leaking they then told me they had to send it in to the supplier to get it fixed i then waited for nearly a month just to get it back now 2 month later it started leaking again i then decided to take it back today 05 July 2021 to go and get a new one because the guy working at the shop said they fix the gun the first time and if something happens again they give you a new one . When i arrived there he went to go and get a brand new rifle out of the box and as soon as he filled it with air it started leaking he then took the one on display and it's safety didn't work so after having trouble with 3 of those rifles i decided to ask my money back . The guy working there then said that he can't do that and that ill have to talk to the owner i then arranged to speak with him i waited 1 hour for him and then talked to him he had a attitude from the beginning and said that he won't give me my money back and that i had to buy something from them . After explaining that 3 guns had problems he then said that maby im the problem and then accused me and said i broke the gun the direct words used was that i ****ed up the gun. I don't want any credit for inside the store because i don't want to spend more money on a air rifle i already spend R6700 on the rifle and i bought pellets a scope and a filling station after that so im at R10000 already so now they want me to spend another R7000 thats unacceptable. Im really upset about this and i need something do be done about this .

Worst service ever
Firstly when on the phone to get info and pricing all is well and sounds promising.. Then made arrangements to come and collect my airgun..cause I stayed 2hrs drive from them I made sure the day before that all is as discussed.. got there on the day that we discussed and the guys in the store doesn't even know about anything..and also not very clued up on the stuff they are selling..or any of the proposed specials they have....I told them the story and then they said that there is no stock of that airgun.. After long discussion on the phone again with Roan. The owner. They suddenly showed me one they have found in the store.. Made the purchase and went home.. eager to shoot. I took 4 shots and then it stopped working.. struggled again. And eventually they came to collect it and sent me a supposedly new airgun.. but upon arrival from work I noticed. The new rifle had bump on the barrel.. I just thought.. ***** that. I will never call them or do business with them again.

RUN FOR THE HILLS!! WORST SERVICE EVER.
Absolutely SHOCKING service (not that there is any)... these guys are very pleasant when taking your money, however when they then succeed in taking your money you become trash and get thrown aside. The owners "Tyron Macmahon" and his business partner "Ruan" are THE most unprofessional store owners that I have ever encountered, they have absolutely zero regard for the law and have absolutely zero conscience when it comes to client service. Myself and a friend purchased two specials from these scammers and from the get-go these items have been faulty to which they refused to refund us and stated that they may only offer an in-store credit. They then replaced our two blank guns with another two faulty items amongst the many others that were tested and failed in-store. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS STORE, RATHER WALK AWAY AND PROCEED TO THE NEXT AVAILABLE DISTRIBUTOR COMPANY AS THESE PEOPLE ARE INEXPLICABLY RUDE.
