You are clearly failing to meet your customers' expectations; I have made two orders on 2025-11-29 and cancelled the other order till today I haven't received anything. The cancellation was not refunded, not even the successful order that was expected to be delivered within 14 working days. This is how exactly you operate, actually I'd like to alert other people that this store is a ****. There is no way many people can be complaining over the same thing from last year. You do not answer our calls nor emails; you're making us your fools over something we have paid. Our hard-earned money, you do not have a heart. I should have reviewed your company before making a mistake of buying from you, now I have lost R3 555.00.
But I am tired this won't end well, the day I will come to your store at Boksburg. You will regret doing this sh*t to me. I am sick and tired of you guys, when we call now and you decide to lie nor pretending as if you will attend to our matters makes you feel like we are stupid and you clever neh.
I will deal with you, and do not respond to this review pretending like you care while you don't. I just wanted to make you aware, while the world is watching and that they do not make a mistake that I have done of buying from you. I am tired to be that understanding customer; this won't end well not with my money.
