NOT RECEIVING MY ONLINE ORDER FROM 27 NOVEMBER 2025

This is Mrs. JC Spekking. I ordered the Kaliber Velocity Sneaker on the 27th of November 2025. You did say there was a backorder but until today I received nothing. I tried to contact you on the telephone number 011 823 2401 and when you did answer you say you will get back to me. No response from you until now. I am struggling to get through to you at any moment. All the emails I have sent has not been answered. I want a refund asap and if you do not respond to this whatsapp I will leave a very bad review on Hellopeter. I am fed up with your terrible service.
