Wish I had read reviews for TDSA before I placed an online order with them. Placed an order for items on back order on 7 Dec 2025. When I placed the order delivery would have been 4-6 weeks, but after they confirmed the order it changed to 8-12 weeks.
11 Weeks later (20 Feb 2026), with no update from their side, I reached out and was told that their supplier received stock but not of what I ordered. I declined the alternative an requested a refund from them.
2 weeks have now passed since I submitted the refund request, and they confirmed the form was correctly completed and I am yet to receive that refund. I've been told only the GM can do a refund and he/she hasn't been in since I submitted the request, and they cannot tell me when he/she will return either.
Email responses are slow, WhatsApp replies? Forget about it. Trying to get hold of them via a phone call seems impossible as well, and if they do answer, they are quick to just hang up.
