Disgusting service from Eugene

Horrible horrible service I bought a blank gun from them in 22 Dec 2024, it's now 4 Feb 2025 and I've not received the item I purchased from them.. I get excuses everyday and I even asked for a refund which Eugene refuses. I'm highly disappointed in this horrible disgusting service I getting from this guys..
