Plate carriers level III

Very bad experience with Tactical ******,

Ordered a level III plate carrier on the 28 Aug 2024 as per their website the delivery duration is 10 to 15 working days, after promises I received the vest that is same as flea market quality only on the 20th of September 2024.

On the 12th of November 2024 I requested a refund and still up to did not receive anything to complete and to return the low-quality goods. Promises was made that I will be receiving another vest with the delivery of the plates that was only delivered on the 1st of November 2024.

The Vest that was promised was not delivered. After emails and telephone calls up and down the excuse was that they are waiting for delivery from Over seas and still up to date no vest received, they do not communicate with their customers and keep them up to date of what is happening.
