TAHITI SANDS - Margate

I would just like to express how disappointed i am with Anytime Holidays more especially Tahiti Sands. The self catering unit i was staying had a malfunctioning fridge, this i reported immediately the following day, when i noticed how warm the fridge was including the freezer

I further went and reported the matter on their main stream that goes directly to head office, for them to only send mantainance guy to regas and 'see what happens next' - that didn't work. Mind you we are in Margate in Dec and book for 8 days! There were other available units they could of suggested us to move in but no!

Told manager/receptionist (not interested in her job) that this is the problem, she still didn't do anything and advised that there aren't any available units anymore.

They moved us to another unit on the 4th day of our stay and behold most of our food was spoiled especially the meat we had planned on having for new years eve. We had to dump it all, and go buy the meat yet again.

To say I'm disappointed is putting it lightly...not only did i report at the actual place of our stay TAHITI SANDS, i also reported directly to Anytime holidays. The only communication made to me was only them wanting money! what a shame!

I should of read all the reviews before booking, my fault, rest assured, i won't be making this mistake yet again.
